NS FLOW - Legal
Billing & Refunds
Effective July 19, 2026
Plans & fees
Your Plan sets your pricing. Fees fall into three buckets:
- Subscription fees - recurring platform fees billed in advance each billing cycle;
- Usage fees - charges incurred as services are used: per-dispute outreach and negotiation, per-order dispute alerts, shipping labels, and similar metered items, billed as incurred or in arrears each cycle;
- Ad balances & spend fees - prepaid top-ups to agency ad accounts, plus the percentage-of-spend service fee set in your Plan.
Prices shown on the marketing site are indicative starting points; your Plan, scoped on your onboarding call, is authoritative.
Payment
Fees are payable in USD by the payment method on file, which you authorize us to charge on schedule and for usage as incurred. Invoices not auto-charged are due within 14 days. Amounts undisputed and 14+ days overdue may lead to suspension after notice, and we may set off unpaid fees against prepaid balances. Taxes are your responsibility, other than taxes on our income.
Refunds
- Delivered usage is non-refundable - outreach attempted, alerts delivered, representments filed, and labels purchased are consumed when performed;
- Subscription fees - refundable pro rata only if we materially reduce a paid module mid-cycle (see Terms § 02) or as required by law; otherwise cycles already started are not refunded;
- Unused ad balance - refundable on request, less platform spend already committed, spend fees earned, and any third-party processing costs; refunds return to the original payment method within 10 business days;
- Billing errors - anything we charged in error is refunded in full. Flag it within 60 days at billing@nsflow.to.
Guarantee credits
If your Plan includes a dispute-ratio or healthy-store commitment and we miss it, the remedy is the service credit defined in your Plan, applied to future fees. Credits are not redeemable for cash, expire if the account is terminated for breach, and are the exclusive remedy for the missed commitment (see Terms § 09).
Cancellation
You can cancel any time from the cockpit or by emailing billing@nsflow.to. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle: you keep access until then, usage fees already incurred remain due, and no further cycles are charged. Plans with a fixed committed term cancel at the end of that term unless the Plan says otherwise. Data export is available for 30 days after the effective date.
Disputes on our own fees
If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first - we resolve billing issues quickly. Filing a card dispute against NS FLOW fees without contacting us is grounds for suspension while it is investigated.
Changes
We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice to your account email; changes apply from your next billing cycle after the notice period. If you do not accept a price change, cancel before it takes effect. This policy is part of the Terms of Service.
