NS FLOW - Legal

Acceptable Use Policy

Effective July 19, 2026

01

Overview

NS FLOW exists to keep legitimate stores healthy. The platform is built on a simple premise: real goods, real shipments, real conversations, and honest evidence. This policy is part of the Terms of Service and applies to every merchant, user, and API integration. If you cannot run your store inside these rules, you cannot run it on NS FLOW.

02

Lawful commerce only

You may not use the services to sell or promote:

  • illegal goods or services, or goods illegal in the buyer’s jurisdiction;
  • counterfeit, stolen, or trademark/copyright-infringing products;
  • weapons, explosives, or controlled substances;
  • products making unlawful health or earnings claims, or “guaranteed” financial schemes;
  • adult content involving any unlawful element, or CSAM of any kind;
  • anything a connected payment network or platform prohibits for your account type.

Subscription and negative-option billing must comply with applicable law: clear disclosure before the first charge, explicit consent to recurring billing, and a cancellation path at least as easy as sign-up.

03

Fulfillment & tracking integrity

Tracking Sync mints genuine carrier labels and tracking numbers. They may be used only for real shipments of the goods a customer actually ordered:

  • every label must correspond to a physical package actually tendered to the carrier;
  • no “tracking-only” use - generating tracking numbers for orders you do not ship, or shipping empty or token packages to simulate fulfillment, is prohibited;
  • declared weights, contents, and addresses must be accurate;
  • tracking synced to an order must be the tracking for that order’s shipment.
04

Honest evidence

Everything submitted through Dispute Guard and Auto-Claim - documents, tracking, delivery confirmations, customer correspondence, statements of fact - must be true and complete. You may not fabricate, alter, or backdate evidence, misattribute communications, or instruct us to assert anything you know to be false. We refuse and withdraw evidence we believe is inaccurate, and we report where the law requires.

05

Payments & card-network integrity

  • use only payment gateway accounts that are yours, opened with truthful information about your business and products;
  • no transaction laundering, factoring, or processing another business’s sales through your accounts;
  • no deceptive tactics to evade card-network monitoring programs - our services reduce disputes by resolving them with customers and contesting them with evidence, not by disguising them;
  • no charging cards without authorization, and no re-billing customers who have cancelled.
06

Customer communications

Outreach through NS FLOW - by us on your behalf, or by you through the inbox - must be lawful and respectful:

  • contact customers only about their own orders, disputes, and service matters, or with marketing they have consented to;
  • honor opt-outs immediately;
  • comply with the rules of each channel (including Meta’s WhatsApp Business and Messenger policies) and with anti-spam and telemarketing laws such as CAN-SPAM and the TCPA;
  • no harassment, threats, or deception in any customer interaction.
07

Advertising

Agency ad accounts are provided for legitimate campaigns. You must follow each ad platform’s policies - no cloaking, no misleading claims or fake endorsements, no prohibited verticals, and no using the account for anyone else’s business. Platform enforcement against an account used in violation of this section is your responsibility.

08

Platform integrity

  • no probing, scanning, or disrupting the platform or other merchants’ data;
  • no sharing, reselling, or pooling accounts or API keys;
  • no scraping the services or reverse-engineering non-public components;
  • no uploading malware or using the platform to attack anything else.
09

Enforcement & reporting

We may investigate suspected violations, remove content, withhold submissions, suspend or terminate accounts (immediately for Sections 02-05), and notify carriers, processors, platforms, or authorities where appropriate. To report abuse of the platform, email legal@nsflow.to.
