NS FLOW - Legal
Fraud, Suspension & Termination
Effective July 19, 2026
Purpose
NS FLOW exists to keep legitimate stores healthy by resolving disputes honestly and proving real fulfillment. That only works if the platform is not used to commit or conceal fraud. This policy explains what we treat as fraud, how we detect it, and what happens next. It is part of the Terms of Service and builds on the Acceptable Use Policy and Merchant Verification & KYC.
What we treat as fraud
The following are prohibited and are grounds for enforcement up to immediate termination:
- Fabricated or randomly-generated tracking - creating tracking numbers that do not correspond to a real package, submitting fake fulfillment or delivery evidence, or presenting any tracking to a customer, platform, processor, bank, or card network to imply a shipment that did not happen;
- False dispute evidence - fabricating, altering, or backdating documents, or misrepresenting a transaction to a bank, processor, or card network;
- Transaction laundering- processing another business’s sales through your accounts, factoring, or using a gateway account opened with false information;
- Prohibited or misrepresented business - selling banned goods or services, or misdescribing what you sell (see Acceptable Use Policy §02);
- Identity or KYC fraud - false verification information, forged documents, or undisclosed ownership;
- Card-network abuse - breaching a network monitoring program, generating abnormal or excessive chargebacks, or using tactics to disguise disputes rather than resolve them;
- Platform abuse- sharing or reselling accounts or API keys, probing or disrupting the platform, or accessing another merchant’s data;
- Sanctions or AML red flags - activity that triggers sanctions, money-laundering, or terrorist-financing concerns.
How we detect it
We use automated monitoring and manual review. Signals include dispute and chargeback ratios, tracking that does not match real carrier movement, fulfillment inconsistent with orders, sudden volume or velocity changes, KYC gaps, customer complaints, and reports from carriers, processors, platforms, or authorities.
Actions we may take
Depending on severity, we may take one or more of the following, without being required to escalate in order:
- issue a warning or request more information;
- restrict or disable features, including tracking issuance and evidence submission;
- withhold or withdraw evidence we have prepared or submitted;
- suspend the account while we investigate; or
- terminate the account and add it to our denylist.
Immediate shutdown
For clear fraud - in particular anything in Section 02 - we may suspend or terminate immediately and without prior notice. Access ends at once, work in progress stops, pending submissions may be withdrawn, and tracking or evidence tooling is disabled. We do this to protect customers, carriers, financial partners, and other merchants, and to protect NS FLOW from being made an instrument of the conduct.
Funds, fees & obligations
NS FLOW is not a payment processor and does not hold your sales funds; your relationship with your processor and bank is yours, and any hold, reserve, fine, or clawback they impose is between you and them. We may withhold our own services and any service credits, and fees you have already incurred remain due. Prepaid balances are handled under the Billing & Refunds policy, except that credits and balances tied to an account terminated for fraud may be forfeited.
Reporting & cooperation
Where required or appropriate, we may report fraudulent activity to carriers, payment processors, card networks, marketplaces, platforms, and law-enforcement or regulatory authorities, and we cooperate with lawful investigations. We may preserve relevant records for these purposes.
Records
Enforcement and fraud records are retained as described in the Account Closure & Deletion policy and as law requires. An account-closure or data-deletion request does not erase records we are entitled or required to keep for fraud prevention, legal, tax, or card-network purposes.
Appeals
If you believe an enforcement action was a mistake, you may contest it within 30 days by writing to compliance@nsflow.to with your account details and any evidence. We review appeals in good faith. Terminations for confirmed fraud, or that we are legally required to make, are final.
What we will not do
For clarity: NS FLOW does not provide, and will not build or enable, tools to fabricate tracking, simulate fulfillment, manufacture delivery evidence, or evade card-network rules. Tracking Sync issues real carrier labels for real shipments only. Asking us to do otherwise, or attempting to use the platform that way, is itself a violation of this policy and grounds for termination.
